Ordered 6 of one item. Received 3 of a different item. Sent email. Messages and pending feedbacks. NO response. Sellers site says No refunds, which is fine with me if the correct items are sent in the first place. Here is your 28 dollar chewed up pencil. Sorry it wasnt what you ordered, but there are no returns. Sorry we cant help you with the stealing we just did. And I hold Bonanza responsible for allowing this sort of business to sell on the site. BEWARE and shop somewhere else for your own piece of mind and $$$$
I thought I'd give the Amazon workers a break, and I'm about to end up in a protracted dispute over a cat litter system switcheroo. A seller is advertising the new XL version, while shipping out the smaller, older model that we're replacing around the house; charging me almost double for it to boot. No response from the ethically-challenged Bonanza despite their own BS "promise guarantee" and no option to even leave feedback, makes for one damning online experience. Never again. UPDATE: I recommend going straight through Paypal to mediate. After a few email exchanges with the vendor I held my ground and got my misspent money back.

My DVD is 2mths late & after being asked to ‘wait longer' 3 times I asked for a refund. The seller Attillio, with the email madmusickid emailed me this… "It is only a few dollars, I will give you the refund, I was rather hoping you would wait because I know you will receive it, so now you get a free DVD, late but free. However we will not accept any new orders from you in future"
I had waited for 2 MONTHS! Well Attillio, me and about 150 of my friends who buy online will NOT be using such a rude & deplorable seller! I'd give MINUS stars if I could
We are a small company and make custom accessories for ladies. Recently we received a message from a consumer asking about our return policies. Once we asked from which retail partner did she bought from, she said Bonanza we knew there was a problem. We do not allow our product to be sold on Bonanza. It was a counterfeit. This is the third time this happened. Shameful and Bonanza does nothing to stop it.
I was explained that there was no review of my items, after I was stopped midway of listing my items. So, I contacted Bonanza and they were very helpful in letting me know that there was no review. I am very satisfied because I ALWAYS FEEL that at least Bonanza is trying to do their best with helping seller ( and buyers ). THANKS BONANZA !

Great customer service nice platform to sell products
I am new to Bonanza and had an issue with some of my items being disapproved by Google Shopping. I did not understand. Bonanza's support group quickly and professionally addressed my issue. I appreciate the quick response as poor customer support is one of the main reasons I am leaving ebay. So far, Bonanza is awesome!
I purchased what I thought was a case of something but was 1 can,(my fault for thinking it was legitimate.) Apparently it said one can but I was in disbelief that that price was not for a case of 12. Returned for a refund and it still cost me $20 for shipping both ways. For something that is less than $3 in the grocery store! Seller sold under the pretense that it was discontinued and valuable. I ended up getting 2 cases from Wal Mart! Each case was less than the 1 can I purchased. Will never purchase from here again.

I just want to say for my first time using Bonanza it was the best most honest experience of my life. Thanks to my seller Tom for being honest and making this soooo easy. I bought an PlayStation 5 for my son from Tom and when I tell you he kept intouch through email, text, and phone calls letting me know my item would be late because of ice winter storn but soon as the storm subsides UPS will deliver. Ok the day he sent off my son ps5 he called me and given me personally tracking number recieved my son ps5 next day. My seller tom text me to make sure I recieved and thanked me for shopping and making it easy for him which he made it easy for me not to stress knowing theres so many scams out there. If your reading this review trust bonanza its a great company and their are awesome sellers working. I pray that everyone experience is as easy and awesome as mine. Thanks again Tom and thanks bonanza for everything.
I recently attempted to make my first (and what was, my last) purchase on Bonanza. Not good. I don't generally choose to complain about practical matters but when it smells like a scam, I feel responsible to warn others who might consider buying something from this site. After finding these reviews online I noticed a fair number of experiences that were similar to mine – a pattern, if you will. I ordered an item on Bonanza, paid in good faith, and then received an email from them the next day saying that the seller had been suspended and if I took issue with my purchase, I needed to resolve it on my own by filing a dispute through PayPal. For the record, I absolutely never heard from the seller: no confirmation, no shipping date information, nothing. They (Bonanza) said in the email that they would be unable to assist me in any way or ensure that I'd receive a refund for an order that was unfulfilled. Really? On your own, dude! Of course, I tried reaching both Bonanza and the seller by email. No reply at all from the seller and since they had suspended him from their site, Bonanza absolves themselves of any responsibility going forward, meaning you have to email the seller directly. I did this as well; predictably, no response. My attempt to reach Bonanza through their support email address was also non-helpful. So, buyer beware. Hassle, time lost, your money in limbo, and total frustration may be your lot if you buy something on this site.
I bought a epilator and should to arrive last week friday. Didn't come, we are in Tuesday and i til don't get, i emailed for a solution and the guy said i should to get today, usps came for bring me other item from other store and didn't come today also.
I asked my money back and the guy didn't respond.
Bonanza is a scam where steal the money, they bring fake info about shipping fooling possible new buyers.
Find other store on line if you want to deal with a good service.
Bonanza just fool bringing lies about times and no way in get your money back.
Seems a new way for steal your money and make waste your time.

Purchased diamond painting via Bonanza Market place, took over a month to receive. The quality was terrible, you can't see the letters most are in black the canvas is very thin and missing glue in many spots. I was missing 3 colors of dots and to buy from a craft store. I didn't want to wait another month to receive them. I won't waste my time buying from this seller again. Very poor quality!
